Advance tickets are available — cash or check only — starting January 18 at Newport News and Hampton locations shown below.  Tickets $25 in advance, $30 at the door, while supplies last.  We can sell only 300 tickets.

If you would prefer, you can purchase will-call tickets by mail at the same price as advance tickets, while supplies last.  Make your check out to “Empty Bowls VP” and mail it to Empty Bowls VP, 121 Terrell Road, Newport News, VA  23606.  Mail requests must be postmarked by March 1, 2013.  If you include an email address, we will send you an acknowledgment when we receive your check.

You can pick up will-call tickets when you arrive for the event.  The tickets will be in the same name as your check, unless you specify otherwise.  Please be sure your check is signed and be sure to mail by March 1, 2013.

Our ticket outlets receive nothing for selling our tickets.  Please patronize their businesses!

Starving Artist Studio:   (157 Herman Melville Ave., Newport News)  DIRECTIONS From Jefferson Ave., turn onto Loftis Blvd.  When you reach the stop sign, you’re facing the Square and the gazebo.  Directly across the Square is Starving Artist Studio.  Drive halfway around the Square to 157 Herman Melville Drive.  Starving Artist Studio will have event tickets for advance sale, cash or check only, through March 5, 2013, while they last.  HOURS Sun-Mon 11-5; Tue-Wed 11-6; Thu-Fri 11-7; Sat 10-6

Gallery at the Chapman: (670 Downey Green, Hampton)  DIRECTIONS On Cunningham Dr., drive to the intersection at Hartford Drive (BayPort Credit Union on corner) and across the street turn into Peninsula Towne Center.  Straight ahead you’ll see the Chapman apartments.  The entrance to the Gallery at the Chapman is right beside the Chapman apartments’ main entrance.  The Gallery sales desk will have event tickets for advance sale, cash or check only, through March 5, 2013, while they last.  HOURS Tue-Sat 11-5

Hampton History Museum:  (120 Old Hampton Ln., Hampton)  DIRECTIONS From Settlers Landing Rd., turn onto Old Hampton Lane across from the Air and Space Center.  After one short block, Old Hampton Ln. makes a left turn.  Hampton History Museum will be on the right, across from the free parking garage.  The Hampton History Museum reception desk will have event tickets for advance sale, cash or check only, through March 5, 2013, while they last.  HOURS Mon-Sat 10-5, Sun 1-5.
